When it rains, most birds head for shelter. The eagle, A21 students, fly above the storm. Observing tasks and trials from a higher vantage point, students know that tension is part of the process and is opportunity. They are immersed in an academic environment of meaning, self-awareness, self-assessment, and resilience as they are supported to actualize their own why.
